Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, phone, optional email, area, address, order details and payment-transfer reference when you choose a transfer method. We do not collect card numbers in this version.
First-party marketing measurement
We may record campaign parameters such as UTM values, click identifiers, landing page, referrer, device type, browser and operating system to understand how the store is used and which campaigns generate orders. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the marketing radar; a one-way hash may be stored for abuse protection and aggregate measurement.
Marketing pixels
Optional third-party pixels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager are loaded only when they are enabled by the store and you allow marketing cookies through the privacy choice shown on the site.
CRM and marketing messages
Order information may be used for customer support and CRM follow-up. Email or WhatsApp marketing consent is recorded separately; you are not added to the mailing list merely because you placed an order unless you opt in.
Payments and shipping
InstaPay and wallet options are manual transfers. We may ask for a transaction reference so the transfer can be reviewed. Shipping fees may be fixed, free, or confirmed after reviewing the delivery address.
